Outstanding kiwi horse that’s first and second so far this prep. He has the ability to win and has zero issues with the 58kg weight.
Last start Rupert Clarke winner and a horse really on the up. He had everything to suit in that race but it looks like he could have the same run again from gate five.
Another kiwi and another winning hope after he ran fourth to Jimmy Choux last time out. He’ll take improvement from that and Olly will have him in a nice spot from gate eight.
Good horse but off the boil a bit lately and really needs to find improvement. Comes second up into this race though and could be a different horse.
What do you say about Woorim, diamonds one day rocks the next. He could run first or last, who knows?
Two in a row since coming to Australia isn’t bad and she could make it three from gate one. Three from three at the trip, what more needs be said?
Three time group one winner but according to the trainer she’s not there yet. Notorious for popping up late in the carnival, we’ll be waiting a little longer.
Luen Yat Forever
The second Moody after King’s Rose and on paper clearly outclassed. Word from the man himself though is that this horse is travelling great guns, don’t say we didn’t warn you.
Let’s hope he makes it to the track this time and if he can we could be in luck. Very talented horse with the speed to win this race, gate seven won’t hamper him either.
Third in the Theo Marks, second in the Shannon, first here? Wouldn’t surprise. Gai knows how good this horse is and after Saturday we all might.
If we were going to write one off this horse would be it, despite that he has won one from two across the trip.
They couldn’t touch her over at Ascot but she’s found things a little tougher here. Don’t be fooled though she’s not that outclassed, if she were to run at her bets they’d know she was there.
Fourth in the Rupert Clarke so that says she’s a player here. Does she have the class of some of these probably not but they’ll give her every chance.
Really good horse but simply couldn’t show it last start in the Rupert Clarke Stakes. The space of Caulfield should suit although he’s yet to win here or win over the trip. In fact the stats say no, but we think maybe.
